SANTA ANA, California – February 8, 2012 – Meritus Payment Solutions names Walter Perkins as its Manager of Relationship Management. As manager, Mr. Perkins will manage a team that provides personal, one-on-one support that proactively provides value to our sales partners.

Mr. Perkins joins Meritus with over nine years in the Merchant Services industry. Mr. Perkins’ bankcard industry experience includes posts in Business Development, Operations and Sales. Mr. Perkins has also been involved with various bankcard associations, including Merchant Acquirers’ Committee (MAC), an organization of Bankcard professionals involved in the risk management side of card processing. In 2009, Mr. Perkins was a featured presenter at the annual MAC conference. Other professional experience includes sales strategy consultant, founding The Merchant Services Academy, as an author and speaker, founding an internet-based company www.TransitionFromTheMilitary.com and several roles in management in the Food and Beverage and Entertainment industries.
